Frank Shaw
Frank Shaw is a practicing attorney and the owner of Frank Shaw Law Firm, PLLC. Frank practices in the areas of workman’s compensation, personal injury, wrongful death, estate planning, motor vehicle accidents, and more. He has handled hundreds of social security disability cases, over 300 auto accidents claims, and over 2,000 work injury claims in his thirty-seven years of practice
Frank received his Bachelor of Science (BS) in Mathematics from Mississippi State University. He then went on to earn his Juris Doctor (JD) from the University of Mississippi School of Law. He was chosen as a Central Mississippi Best Attorney in 2009 and 2011. He is a current member of the Mississippi Bar Association. He is a retired Brigadier General in the Mississippi National Guard.
Blake Harthcock
Blake Harthcock began working at Frank Shaw Law Firm, PLLC in 2015 as a
paralegal. Blake gained valuable experience handling cases in the areas of
workers’ compensation, personal injury, wrongful death, estate planning,
motor vehicle accidents, and more. Now, Blake is a practicing attorney and
associate at Frank Shaw Law Firm, PLLC.
Blake graduated with a Bachelor of Applied Sciences (BAS) in Legal Studies
from the University of Mississippi. Blake took what he learned as a paralegal
to Mississippi College School of Law, where he graduated a semester early
with a Juris Doctor (JD). Today, Blake lives in Kosciusko with his wife,
Mallory. Blake still handles cases in the areas of workers’ compensation,
personal injury, wrongful death, estate planning, motor vehicle accidents, and more.
